"This was our second time here. We were a little disappointed this time. The pillows are absolutely horrible. Super flat and small. There was black mold in the shower. The room we were in was kept up pretty poorly. I think this is our last time staying at this resort. The magic is gone for us. Overall it was decent, but they definitely are lacking "

"This place is really nice. The staff are very accommodating, friendly but maintain professionalism in their dealing with the customers. Big shoutout to Christina in the front desk by making our stay there really memorable! Ann in the front desk was really nice as well. I’ll definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends and family. We missed the free ice creams but enjoyed the free chocolates they leave in the room everyday. 😀"

"We have been visiting Moana surf rider for 30 years. We love it there! The only disappointment was they didn't offer room service. All other hotels post Covid have resumed this service. Quite surprised Moana surf rider hasn't."

"Hotel was well presented and rooms were modern and clean and wifi was fast. Staff were also very polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was also included which was very handy and a good way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again."
