Green fees, with the use of the membership, are $75 on the Beach Course and $50 on the King's Course. The savings for a couple are $170 a day off onsite rate and as much as $310 off the high season rate.

This tastefully decorated Villa's is one of the most requested units in the complex. The Villa has two large master suites, both with soaking tubs and separate showers, plus a powder room, fully stocked kitchen, living room/dining area and a covered lanai with a wet bar. The total living space (including the lanai) is approximately 2000sf. The villa can sleep five guests with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen size and a chase in the living area could be used for a child. The private wrap around lanai is secluded and is a perfect place to just relax or enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the breathtaking sunset.

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated property located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The resort has beautifully landscaped grounds that are most inviting. The King's Shops and the newly completed Queen's Marketplace are located within walking distance. The King’s Shops offer upscale dining, excellent shopping and endless entertainment. The Queen’s marketplace is perfect for families with new affordable restaurants, more shopping, loads of free entertainment. The Villa is located directly across the drive from the swimming pool and a short walk from the exercise room.
