The layout separates the guest bedroom and bath downstairs from the primary suite upstairs, which is helpful for families or two couples. A lanai and balcony give you outdoor spots to catch the breeze between plans.



Guest Access:

Guests at Waikoloa Colony Villas enjoy access to the community's shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and fitness gym on golf course front grounds. Beach access is close by, with a private garage and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout the complex.



The Neighborhood:

The Waikoloa Beach Resort area gives you the dry, sunny side of Hawai'i Island with beaches, golf, and restaurant choices close together. Head to Anaeho'omalu Bay for sand and a swim, then stop at Kings' Shops or Queens' Marketplace for coffee, groceries, and dinner. Lava fields and old fishponds line parts of the coast, adding a sense of place beyond the resort paths. It is a useful home base for families who want easy beach days and the freedom to keep an afternoon unplanned.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.
