"We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen items. You are able to cook meals that you want. The barbecue grills are spread throughout the property. The gym was also a good size facility. You do not have access to the other Hilton pools for free. There is a fee. However, there are shuttles going to and from some of the Hilton properties for free."

"I have been to the Big Island numerous times and I love it. The condo was in a very good location to shopping, the beach and resort activities. Renting the condo was easy and painless. My only issue was the condo was not very clean. The carpet was stained and dirty, the walls were dirty with food splatter by the trash cans, tile grout not clean, layers of hairspray residue on the toilet seats, outdoor rugs in really bad shape, etc., etc. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been in. I understand it is a rental but more TLC and a deeper clean would work wonders."

"The property was very well provisioned and had excellent air conditioning. The air conditioning can be controlled either by temperature of humidity. If you set the humidity to an unreasonably low level (30%), it will get very cold because it will stay on all the time.The beds were good and access to the Waikoloa Resort was a big plus. Being on the 3rd floor and on the end helped it to be very quite. Much better value than a hotel room. It felt like a regular house."
