"The property was pretty well cleaned but certainly had some signs of age and had a couple things in disrepair. The window unit air conditioning was only on one side of the property/condo and the other side of the condo got extremely hot even at night. The portable AC unit/swamp cooler in the closet didn't work. Attempts were made to reach the host with voicemails left, but no response was received. "This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean."

"I stayed in town for work and this is what needed to be close to the court and have the basics. The property manager was executional and solved a problem getting into the room easily and was very courteous given I had to all at 10pm. I am staying here again when I am back on work. "
