We chose Milowai in Maalaea due to it's fantastic convenient and direct oceanfront location. It is only 20 minutes to almost anywhere on the Island and we love to see and do it all.

The unit is on the ground floor directly on the ocean and is literally steps to the water. We love having meals on the lanai and watching whales breach during whale season.

Walking distance to one of Maui's longest white sand beaches, Sugar Beach, as well as the Maui Ocean Center and Aquarium, snorkel tours, and sunset dinner cruises from Ma’alaea Harbor.

Air conditioning was added to the bedroom in February 2020, so the whole condo now has AC.
