"Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for us and we could not fault it. Beds were comfy and so were the couches. Next time i will remember to take a bluetooth speaker but otherwise the lack of tv was a bonus. Went to the opononi hotel to watch the league and take the kids out for dinner. Locals are really friendly.As for the driveway, i left that for hubby to navigate. Didn't look as bad as i had envisioned but i probably would park down the bottom if I was on my own. Overall loved the accommodation"

"Location its all about location. Superb views of the Hokianga harbour, the golden sands and the friendly atmosphere of the staff from the moment of arrival until departure. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very satisfied with the whole experience which made the weekend very enjoyable. "

"I drove straight passed the Road as there was no Rd sign. I could only identify it because I usedMy Maps app and had a similar experience in Thames several months ago. I found the toaster had not been cleaned if crumbs and feel that the sealant at the bottom of the shower door look grimy and should be replaced. Otherwise I slept well and everything went like clockwork"

"My daughter and I loved staying in this accomodation with a beautiful view of the dunes right across the road. Beautiful sunsets and just a few steps away to the waters edge and beautiful beach. This place had everything we needed with some amazing places to visit."
