"Location, location, location"

"Accommodations was excellent. 33rd floor, quiet end unit, awesome view of the ocean. Usually don’t ask for daily housekeeping as we dont see a need. Room pretty clean but needed a bit more dusting. Telephone was quite dusty. "

"Great trip! Everything was great as expected. The only concerns are that the toilets was too low and the ice machine on our floor during our stay. Parking was tight and could not find a handicap parking space one night. An in-house dining snack bar would be appreciated. Wanted to leave a note and tip for housekeeping but there was no stationary available. Overall great stay!"

"Booked a Waikiki room as this was our second time staying at this hotel within a couple of weeks. Was upgraded to a partial Ocean View and I think it was a better view than the Ocean View we'd had previously, as it also looked over the Waikiki strip. The room has a king bed, a large bathroom with a separate toilet and shower room (not great water pressure). There is a small sofa, plus a chair and small table, fridge, safe (although this is at floor level in the bathroom and is incredibly awkward to get things in and out of). Breakfast for 1 was included with our booking, along with $25 credit for parking. Parking is only by valet and costs $55 per night (very expensive). Breakfast choices include a bagel and cream cheese, breakfast bagel, breakfast croissant, turkey and pesto panini, caprese panini. You could also pay $6 and upgrade to any of the other breakfast options like Acai bowls and cooked breakfasts. Both paninis and the Acai bowls we got were very good. There can be a bit of a line, especially on the weekends - so make sure you allow plenty of time to order and get your food before you need to leave. The location of this hotel is 10/10 (unless you want oceanfront). The hotel is on the main Waikiki strip and is surrounded by shopping, restaurants galore and so close to the beach. There was a full evacuation of the hotel which ended up being a false alarm - so glad we only got floor 8 rather than previous 19 - that would have been a lot of stairs to walk down! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast is free and they have it very organized so you can get in and out quickly. I usually stay at Marriott, it was a pleasant surprise to see how well this property was maintained. Our view was also amazing. "
