"Loved the warmth and comfort, quiet surrounds and the animals. Hot water pressure in shower a little low but an absolute minor thing with the positives outweighing this easily"

"The three of us enjoyed staying here. Cleanliness and size of rooms especially the kitchen were excellent. At first the driveway was a bit challenging and the edges needed fill but our SUV handled it very well. Dreadful weather but exceptional views!"

"The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms also comes with portable heaters and fans. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will book again if we visit Rotorua again "
