"If you want private and very quiet and quirky this is just the place, there's also a wonderful hot tub to unwind in as well. there also Breakfast is provided in the fridge as well plus a few extra treats like chocolate and fruit. would defiantly recommend."

"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."

The room rate was very reasonable, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Pinnacle Tower with Club Lounge access. Wow, now I know how the other half live! "I have been staying here for over 5 years whenever I go to Auckland the staff are awesome rooms are clean appreciate parking covered n secure. I found I had sore neck which I thought were beds but turns out I took my own pillow and no neck pain not hard really love all the shops"
