"The pricing on this property was deceptive. When compared to other resorts in this area, it is one of the highest rated resorts for the least amount of cost. They do not mention on Expedia that cost for "parking" is extra, like $256 for the week (over $36 per day). Although plenty of parking spaces were available during our stay. Expedia also listed "in room microwave". The only microwave available is located at the 5th floor lobby in the main "Building 2". It is quite a hike from Building...

"The pools were nice and empty during the week but weekend was hard to find a chair. Room had ocean view, stayed cool, No microwave in room, hotel is just a little rundown and in need of updates. We didn’t eat at restaurants on property due to high prices and bad reviews. Bars had good lava flows. More of a family atmosphere."

I could easily access both North/South side and everything both had to offer. It's proximity to the airport was amazing and it had a perfect sunrise view. "The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. "This was absolutely a great stay! The location of this condo was incredibly convenient for all the things we had planned for our honeymoon! And the owner of this property was super informative of all property details. Along with the resort provided towels this owner had extra towels handy since the resort doesn’t provide towel service to privately owned condos so that what a HUGE plus!
