Het huis is slecht onderhouden en er zijn veel dingen kapot. Er zit in elke badkamer schimmel. De zwembadruimte is heel vochtig en veel schimmel en de tafelspelen die er staan zijn veelal kapot en niet compleet. Met een grote groep kan je alleen gezamenlijk in de keuken zitten, de rest zijn allemaal ...
