"Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"This was my first time staying in Chapel St Leonards and this stay in this chalet was a lovely stay, it was cute and cozy. This chalet was really clean amd comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends and definitely would stay again x"

"Just what you need for a weekend away"

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was...

"No communication whatsoever, we asked before and on the day, regarding taking our dog and check in procedures no response from the host, we were advised to travel and wait until 4pm on check in day and at 4pm our accommodation was cancelled and we were left with nowhere to stay other than a hotel 1 hour away, disgusted with this treatment "

"Very Clean, enjoyed every minute of our stay in this chalet felt very at home. The beds were made perfect and the rooms have everything you need in them so there's no need to pack too much on you're trip Warm and cosy, easy parking too although you can walk to most shops as its in walking distance Honestly didn't want to leave, will definitely be booking again in the future. "The resort was good, caravan very comfortable and accomodating. Good facilities for dogs. My only complaint is that having been told : Items included in my booking are : Tea towel, Anti bac spray, J cloth, Sponge, Basic toiletries, combined bodywash/shampoo in pump dispenser, 2 toilet rolls. Due to expecting the above, we didn't bring our own. No Tea towel, no Jcloth or sponge,no antibac spray or basic toiletries. We did have 2 toilet rolls and some soap in one of the bathrooms. "

10/10 Excellent

"The Staff are wonderful. Our room was very nice. The only item we find difficult is the cost of breakfast (£18 each) but there are choices outside of the Hotel. Apart from that we always choose the Hotel and will continue to do so - in 4 weeks we'll be back."
