Hilton Lake Taupo

"for what you pay, if you are not part of a club, it is disappointing that you do not have free access to the WIFI, this is the first hotel i have come across in a while that is the case. Also the having to pay $3 for a bottle of water, (again if not a club member) is a bit rich. Otherwise, the rooms are quiet, well set up, a little tired around the edges now though. The Pool and Spa are really excellent, and the highlight of the nights stay. Parking is frustrating if there is an event on there, and you get stuck coming back late, you have to walk a very long way, like there is not specific close guest parking."

"Lovely stay. Although the heated pool wasn’t as heated till the day we left. I’m not sure if it was under maintenance but would’ve been lovely if it was warmer during our stay for our little one"

"I loved my stay at the Cottage Mews Motel. I don’t think I would change a thing. The amenities were great, there’s a kitchenette with a small stove and a sink and plenty of dishes if you plan to cook or want to reheat anything. The spa was amazing with very clear instructions. The WiFi was pretty good too. To add on the room was very homey and cute. I would for sure stay again!"
