"Isolated location even though with a Car Service you are trait line to downtown. Thin walls you can hear everything around you, Beds and mattresses have serious issue. They used box mattresses that makes clinging metal noise, add to this a cheap Metal frame that makes metal clinging noise, after an hour feels like you are sleeping outside."

"The pool and hot tub were out of service. When we walked into our room the whole AC unit was not working and we let the staff know and she was very rude, she insisted that it was working prior to us getting there. We asked for extra blanket since the room was cold and we never received them. There was trash behind the beds and underneath the sink. There was only one trash can for the entire room. There were holes in a wall and a door. It smelt like urine. We asked for the room to be recleaned, and she commented that they didn't have housekeeping at the time of day but will see what she could do and nothing was done. "

"The location was very convenient. The bedroom/living space in the duplex was great. The appliances were also great. The duplex was dirty and could use a deep cleaning. We did some cleaning when we arrived just so we could tolerate staying at the location. We found a broken mirror on the balcony and chose not to use the balcony because glass was scattered all around. The beds look good, but they are not comfortable. The queen beds are hard and stiff, and the hide-able fold up bed (bed #10?) is broken and the mattress is very thin. This place has potential with a good cleaning and upgraded beds. The donut shop down the street is amazing! "

"Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place."
