"Perfect place to stay"

"Apart from the pool and fitness centre being out of service, the rest of the stay was good value. Breakfast was simple, but ample: a good start to the day."

"Only complai t was our TV did not work and the person at the front desk was less than helpful."

"When we arrived to our room, the shower was not clean (make up all over the body wash bottle, remnants of shaved hair on the shower shelf, empty shampoo bottle), the shower head had a leak ,the bathroom door did not close because it was off its track, and there was blood on our sheets. We reached out to staff to get the problems taken care of and no one came to fix anything. We were, however, given a fresh duvet for the bed. When we spoke to the general manager, she informed us there was nothing she could do to compensate us because we booked the room through a third party. On a good note, the hotel is in a great, family friendly location. "

"Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place."
