"I was very frustrated with the check in process as the staff and website were inconsistent. Online it says check in is available until 3:30 AM and we arrived around 3:15 only to be told that we arrived too late and that they canceled our reservation. The staff were also inconsistent between each other as we revived mixed responses as to whether or not we would be fine arriving so late. After checking in, the rest of the stay was mainly problem free. Our door did get the key card thing messed up but they were able to fix it promptly and without bothering us as we were sleeping. Hot tub and pool were well maintained and relaxing. Room was clean. Breakfast was good"

"Worst experience ever. Hotel was so dirty. We checked in around 4pm and they still put us in a room that was half clean. The property smelled so bad. Bathroom was stinky. Bed sheets were dirty had stains on them. We left as soon as we walked in. Since this was non refundable we can’t do anything. Plus the incidental charged was charged as a POS transaction. I doubt I’ll get it back. F this place "

"The hotel is under construction and there was no mention of it when booking. We pulled up to the hotel and a large garbage can with construction crew throwing wood and counter tops in it. Inside lobby had a layer of dust on the floor. No hot breakfast was served. Did not tell us this until we got there. Our breakfast was in a paper sack. Water, muffin, granola bar and apple. Pillows on bed were flat and horrible. Room was clean. Just really old and worn."

Also there is not room service and we need it to go to the front desk to get towels. We understand hotels run their business different ways but the price we paid per night $200 plus we had different expectations ."

"Many things were just annoying. Both of us were locked in the bathroom and could not get our. We were moved to another room and the bathroom had no lock. Shower head dripped continuously, fan button on the air conditioner was broken off. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had in any hotel. Stale bread, rubbery eggs, undercooked bacon. Not a horrible stay but not good either."
