"Overall our stay was okay, but certainly a little underwhelming to what we were expecting.
It was a lovely period property which you expect to find in Dunedin, but sadly not being utilised to its full potential. Unsure what the term ‘boutique’ technically represents, but if it’s upscale/premium; then this isn’t what we got.
Really great sized rooms and bathroom, but overall lacking some routine maintenance and looking/feeling pretty tired. Although the main areas were clean, edgings, skirtings...
