"There was a small stain on the foot blanket in the room. It was either permanent or not washed because it was there after the room was cleaned and bedding changed.
The breakfast was great though! "

"This was my first time staying at a ryokan and also one of the highlights of my trip to Tottori! The staffs were super welcoming from the moment I arrived. They gave me a tour of the ryokan and provided me with instructions about the amenities and services.
I love that my room had a sunset view over the pond. I had a relaxing time doing my readings on the porch.
I opted to include meals with my stay. They let me choose the times for my dinner and breakfast. It was my first kaiseki experience...

"Perfect location and value. The hotel was close to the heart of downtown with a less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min to the station. Room was very clean, a bit older but that’s expected in TTJ"
