Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is expensive for what they offer. I didn’t find the customer service to be more than just “adequate”. The walls are thin, the pillows are soft, and the lobby seating doesn’t seem to be cleaned. It’s a so so stay, budget type hotel with Hilton branding. I don’t get it.

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at TRU! We have stayed in TRU by Hilton Hotels before, but this was our first time at this location. It was a peaceful stay, even though the hotel was at capacity due to some community events! The room was comfortable and clean, the tea and coffee kept us hydrated, and the breakfast was excellent! The staff was friendly, and we were able to not only check in early but also check out late! Definitely a great place to stay!

Lovely hotel.

This hotel impressed me. The vibe was great. The colors and layout of the lobby. The breakfast was really good. Everything seems clean and new. I see there is a fire pit out back which is cool. Parking was easy.
