"I stayed here with a few students while we were attending a convention on the K-State Campus. The property was very nice - we really enjoyed hanging out on the deck and the beautiful view! The drive to the house was also beautiful! The neighbor to the south (up the hill) was very nice and came to greet us and made sure we knew where to park so the neighbor to the north didn't get upset. One thing we found out - what looks like the "driveway" is actually an easement road, so it should just be...

Each of us had our own bedroom that was very nice! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, played games, went to Tuttle Creek and watched movies on Netflix. It was a fairly short drive to Manhattan too! We definitely would go again!"

"Definitely a good place for the family to stay on a game weekend… It was very spacious, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Definitely needs a few more things added to the kitchen. Pots and pans were very worn out, stove was older, but got the job done. Also could have used a few more towels and washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall not a bad location, would probably stay there again when visiting Manhattan for a quick trip."

"This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips."

The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the birds, turkeys, and deer. The kids especially loved the art room and the bunkbed room.
