"We arrived around 9am and waited in line to check in. it was my daughters 15th birthday and the hotel clerk was an older lady. She was complaining that she had to type in my information in the computer because I made a reservation through Hotels.com. Then my credit card wouldn't go through and swiped it like 4 times. Finally a gentlemen came over to help. I asked her if they did anything special for birthdays in the rooms and she said I'll try to do my best because she had to decorate another room and she complained that they were short handed. I totally understand but complaining about your job. I didn't like that! We did walk in our room that afternoon and there were balloons/birthday card for my daughter and she was so happy! Thanks so much for that! We absolutely loved our stay! Can't wait to do it again!"
