Enjoyable stay, clean, well appointed room, really comfortable bed. The main downsides were the lack of heating which wasn't communicated until we arrived and a rather expensive, though good, breakfast.

A memorable stay

Tried Japanese style room which was spacious and very clean. Sea view for the sun rise was a bonus. People were very friendly and service was good.

The Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious at the Marine Restaurant, The Dinner at Anon was also spectacular I had Shabu Shabu and it was delicious, the staff ESPECIALLY Choong was very nice and Helpful 🙏🙏

和室に大人3名で予約させていただきました。 2階の和室のお部屋でした。 大人3名にしては狭いですしホームページのキラキラした感じではなく古い様子のホテルでした。 窓から鹿や海が見えて素敵でしたが、天井がめくれていたり、お風呂場の鏡やドアに沢山の黒いカビのような様子の黒い汚れがあり、お風呂以外も全てが本当に綺麗なの？と勝手に不安になってしまいました。 徒歩にて防波堤ドームを眺めたり、道の駅に行けたり、コンビニにもすぐ行けて立地も良かったです。 朝食も予約なしで直接レストランに伺い支払いして食べる事も出来ました。 海鮮もあり大満足な朝食でした。 結果、素泊まりでこの値段とお部屋の様子だと次は他のホテルに泊まってみようと思います。 あくまで私の体感の意見ですのでよろしくお願いいたします。

A well located hotel which is right on the sea front. We had a wonderful view from our room which was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and parking was very easy. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is also very close to the train station and bus terminal if you don't have a car. We caught the bus to Cape Noshappu and then walked back to the hotel - a lovely walk. It is also easy to walk to the ferry from the hotel (5-10 minutes) if you are heading over to the nearby islands. Well worth the stay.

利尻島へ日帰り予定のところ、利尻から稚内に戻るフェリーが欠航になり、ホテルのチェックアウトに間に合いませんでした。電話をしたら親切に対応してくださり、部屋の私物をまとめてフロントで預かっておいて下さいました。大変親切に対応してくださり、感謝しています。
