"Lovely room in converted buildings. Danielle is a helpful host. When we arrived, our two dogs were not allowed to stay with us in the room or allowed into property. We had communicated they were travelling too but received no message back to say dogs were not permitted. The owner found them a stable to sleep in. Simple breakfast available, overpriced for what it was, but tasty enough. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. "

"Perfect location on the lake, lovely staff, very dog friendly, even a present for the dog! Air con struggled a little with the hot temperatures but it was much cooler still than outdoors. Food at the restaurant was nice too."

Really hot - no aircon or mini fridge to keep the bed clean Bedsheets were weird, they came off as soon as I got into bed. 5am banging noises. 6am banging noises. 7am banging noises. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and had a price tag of 9 euros... the breakfast was a laughable collection of a few jams, butter, and some warm bread. There were a few slices of gouda, but only had 2 - was afraid other guests wouldn't get some food in them. Oh, and the...

"The hotel was basic but just what they needed. They had been to see BTS in concert so just needed somewhere to sleep. Staff were amazing and it was nice and clean. Only negative is the area there is nothing around and there are a lot of gangs so my daughter did not feel safe. Not sure if we would book this location again but would book an Ibis hotel."

"Just horrible, the room had a rotten smell i could not sleep the night because of it you could bearly breath.The balcony doors did not close noise insulation close to 0. This is not a hotel it is a hostel If you are not alone 0 privacy the toilet is in the room with just a courtain."

"A well appointed hotel close to the rail station and to good range of restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed Charleroi and the hotel."
