In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Almdorf Königsleiten Dorfbahn" 300 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 10 m, gondola lift 100 m, slopes 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena.
