"The hotel was nice but did not offer breakfast."

"We’ve been on the road for 2 weeks and this is the worst place we’ve stayed. Rated 5 when we booked Two almost identical hotels back to back. Waited in line only to find we had to go to the building behind. Booked for 2 beds and they gave us one. Elevator and corridors dirty, especially outside our room. Light switch in bathroom broken and kept going on and off. Toilet seat not connected to toilet. Dresser drawers all open when we arrived, closed them, an hour later they were open again. Had to have the guy from the desk come up to get the TV to work. Breakfast consisted of only pre-packaged muffins and fig newtons. Coffee was out at 8am and they didn’t refill it. I now think a 5 rating was optimistic. "

"This was an okay place for the money - comfortable bed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to move from the first room because tv didn’t work. Second room was better but when I went to take a shower in the morning there were no bath towels! "

"We had an amazing time! Pool was great with nice lounge chairs, I hit the gym. In the morning! Our room was very spacious and clean ! We love the breakfast ! Make your own omelette is perfect!"

"A week before we arrived, I checked to make sure the pool was working. They said it was, but when there were a swim classes on Saturday morning, we could use the pool at the Element across the parking lot. We got there and the pool was out of service for the entire time of our stay. Friday through Monday. The Element pool was also out of service for our entire stay. We were very disappointed . The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. . I would recommend some sort of nightlight because when the lights were off, it was really dark. If you had to usethe bathroom in the middle of the night, it was pitch dark. The area around the bathroom sink is pretty minimal if there are two people. I can’t imagine taking a family to this hotel. The so called closet area was very small. It did not go side to side. It went front to back and was very shallow. My husband and I were going to an event where we had to take some nice clothes and there was barely room for them. The bathroom on the first floor near the lobby had no soap in the dispensers for the entire time that we were there, and the trash was never emptied although I did ask the front desk to take care of it on Saturday night. It was never taken care of. It was nice having a pool table in the lobbysince we could not swim and we had a little free time."

"Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet that includes made-to-order omelettes. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Rooms/suites were excellent for our extended stay."

"Spacious and quiet home! Pet friendly with easy check in/ out process. It was difficult to regulate the heat due to the thermostat defaulting to 65 degrees every 2 hours and being lock to our programming. It was rainy, and cold in the mid 40's during our stay."
