"I had such a lovely stay at the Colonial Inn during our autumn visit to New England! Its rich history and warm, inviting ambiance make it a truly unique experience. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. I especially appreciated how warmly everyone welcomed my dog, Auggie. A charming inn steeped in history that made for a memorable stay. I would happily return!"

"The hotel was dirty, including the rooms and common areas. The bathtub was especially filthy, and the entire property needs better cleaning and maintenance."

"Very nice people."

"Nice quiet hotel, clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking"

"Great place. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We always stay at crescent when visiting Boston"

"Wry clean and soacious"

"Clean and quiet. Disappointed by breakfast- food was unpleasant tasting. The elevator worried me and the inspection wasn't posted."

"Clean room, free breakfast and free parking"

"We arrived at around 6pm and the girl at the front desk was awesome. Got to our room the carpet by the ac unit was wet. It was a smaller spot so we just went to bed. The next morning went to take a shower , no hot water not even the sink. This is after spending half hour waiting for it. Upon checking out asked if there was hot water at the hotel. The man at front said no the boiler broke a few days ago and waiting on parts. Then he said we had to pay $10 ,for over night parking for the hotel....

"It would have been nice to have a 24hr/day coffee/tea etc bar rather than just water."

"We had a 2 night stay snd it was awesome. The room is clean and had enough supplies you need. Olivia the front desk staff has mentioned everything a customer should be aware of about the hotel services. Nothing to complain. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and to social media."

"It was a short stay but it was a great!"

"I really was not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. The rooms were very clean, large, and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Location is great."

"I didn’t like that we got a parking ticket as we had a handicap parking permit"

"L'hôtel était parfaite! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Super propre, le déjeuné est excellent, le personnel est courtois."
