"We could not stay here and had to find another hotel because the elevator was broken and we were given a 4th floor room. My husband has a heart condition and I am having back surgery next month so this was not convenient for us. Plus there was bad cell service so I could not contact Expedia regarding this. I would like a refund for this stay."

"Our deluxe room in The Mansfield House was spacious, clean and well located. The staff from front desk to the reception and wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.
Parking was plentiful and well placed.
We had an outstanding dinner at the Wip bar one night and delicious dessert after dinner at another place the next night. Both were outstanding."
