My husband has a heart condition and I am having back surgery next month so this was not convenient for us. Plus there was bad cell service so I could not contact Expedia regarding this. I would like a refund for this stay."

"I’m disappointed in this hotel. We were excited to stay at this property because it had been modernized and seemed to offer great amenities in the center of town. When we arrived, we realized that our “upgraded “ room was at the ground level by the pool, it did have with a small wooden deck and sitting room, but the entire space felt like we were in someone’s basement. It was dank and not well lit. The only unique aspect of this space was the bathroom, which was very large and very bright...

"Our deluxe room in The Mansfield House was spacious, clean and well located. The staff from front desk to the reception and wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Parking was plentiful and well placed. We had an outstanding dinner at the Wip bar one night and delicious dessert after dinner at another place the next night. Both were outstanding."
