"Great trip to beautiful Chattanooga! Mom & 2 kids, stayed 3 nights in a double queen to visit family in Hixson & a trip to Rock City & the Incline. Room was very clean, spacious, and was attended daily by housekeeping <3 They did a fabulous job. The kitchenette had fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, all cookware. Convenient, seemingly safe location, with a Chipotle, Starbucks, liquor store in walking distance, & Northgate Mall & other food places a short drive. Probably the nicest, newest hotel...

"Horrible parking. Renovations while there. Old/heavily used toilet. Dripping bathtub spout. Missing bathroom fan cover. Receptacle plate with elongated screws. Good breakfast. Can hear the gun range next door while outside."

"The toilets were extremely low. Hod to flush 7 times for all waste to go down. Staff was extremely nice. Lifted up couch that turns into a bed and it was very worn out. Looked ancient and very disgusting."

"Expedia didn’t sent correct reservation or my itinerary to my current email so instead of having the corner room with the beautiful view three nights I only had it for two. This room was much better. I was then put in a side room with a view of the stadium, which was incredibly loud from traffic all night long. "The "breakfast" doesn't really consist of food. It's only carbs, no protein, no fruit, nothing of substance. The healthiest part was the orange juice, maybe. The room was gross, the sheets were stained, there was no vent fan in the bathroom, mold in the shower, mold behind the glass of the mirror. Bathroom counter was tiny and low. Ice bucket was cracked. "All in all the property was okay. Planned a getaway with hanging out by the pool to occupy a large amount on the 3 day 4 night stay. Pool was closed for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and by the time Friday came we had made full day plans since the staff could not tell us when the pool would be available. Rooms do not have coffee makers and microwaves so the only option is to come down during the breakfast times from 6-10 am. Night clerks (Andy) was very helpful and polite. Room was...
