The accessibilty to the community dock is right off our property and allows for boating and kayak launching. A mooring is a possibilty for rent. The first floor has an open concept where the kitchen and living area are not separated. It also has a master bedroom with a queen and a full bathroom with a claw foot bathtub. The den with TV and sleeper sofa, foyer/ dining room and mud room finish off the ground floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, one which is also a master with queen and one with twin beds. A bathroom and sitting area with Futon can also be found on this level.

Play tennis on the court, bike along the water's edge or kayak to your heart's content! If you just want to read, then settle into the yellow Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. Order lobsters from Harlan, our lobsterman, and have him drop them off at the dock!
