"We were in town to spread some of my grandsons ashes. I email expedia asking if we could check in early and i was told to contsct the hotle directly to see if that was possible so i just said never mind well then a gal named kahlil gibran called me from the waves hotel telling me that they got our room ready for us so we could check in anytime that was atl 12. When we got to the hotel I was greeted by Kahlil she was so kind to me and she along with another person named Emily gave me a sympathy card giving their condolences along with a prayer card in it. Kahlil went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there. We most definitely be coming come and Kahlil Gibran customer service is one of the reasons why we will be back. "

"Great location next to the bay we went on a walk there in the morning and saw so many seals! It is an older building so it comes with a few little kinks like hearing some noise from the other guests. But it has been renovated really nicely and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was clean and had everything we needed, the only minor quibble is that heating is through in-wall heaters that have to be adjusted in each room, but a lot of older houses are like this so it wasn't a huge surpise.The group at Vacasa was great to work with, there was an issue with the hot tub and they got a repair person out while we were still there (although we didn't end up using it). One of our kids did knocked a door off the hinges and they were great when we communicated with them about the damage. It was just over a week and plenty of linens/towels and stuff. If you just love mermaids so, so much this is the place for you. If you don't love mermaids it's still great, just, you know, be prepared for the mermaids."
