"I traveled alone, and arrived at 6am, so they checked my bag, and I went exploring until my room was ready, staff very accommodating. This hotel is old, and could use an update, the room didn’t have any creatures scurrying about, which was nice because I’m not use to sharing a bed with bugs. I’m a theatre goer, and this hotel is located on the same block with three theaters. All in all I’d stay here again"

It is useless. 2nd my sister called twice and emailed twice to have wine and some appetizers in our room as a birthday surprise for me . No one ever got back to her . So that was a bit of a let down.
