Owner reached out at 4pm on Vrbo which is check in time to say it was not working but we were driving at the time so we didn’t get it. She texted me at 6 which we just arrived to say the hot tub was not working. This was one of the main reasons my daughter chose this place for her birthday and she was very disappointed as her birthday was that day. was told I would get a $50 refund, which I have still yet to receive.
