- Küchen mit viel Ausstattung und Geschirr
- reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten
- viel Platz auf der überdachten Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick
- extrem ruhig und viel Abstand zu "Nachbarn", dass man sich nicht wegen Lautstärke in der Nacht zurückziehen oder aufpassen muss
- trotz des Altbaus gut isoliert was Wärme und Lautstärke angeht (im Schlafzimmer angrenzend zum Wohnzimmer kann man gut schlafen während noch gefeiert wird)
