"Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."

"In general it was good, but when you check in after 12 am you have to call from the phone hanging on the left wall, but it doesn't work and there is no one at the reception desk, it's bad that you have to wait outside the door. There are no hangers for clothes in the rooms and no wardrobes, even small ones. The air conditioner is very old and worked loudly and prevented me from sleeping. They also request your credit card details upon check-in and enter them into their computer, which is not...

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"
