"On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. "Its third visit in 13 years. We were lucky our room was available a little early. Thank you Julie. The rooms are large, comfortable with a great bathroom and spa bath. View out to the river, dividers between rooms for outside privacy. Next door to the tavern, enjoyed happy hour and went back for dinner. Food was great. Next time wanting a nice peaceful stop over will definitely book there again."
