"Vesuvius is a pretty spot with some charming older cottages. On our neighbourhood walk we found a lovely trail to the beach, some sheep, stands of granola, flowers and friendly locals. It's not far to other amenities - we hiked Mt Erskine and loved the bakery 'Francis Bread'. We loved eating our meals on the patio at the condo. Thanks!"

Our only major cons about the property is that the kitchen is quite small and would be difficult to truly cook a family meal with the size of the appliances and sink (There is also no freezer or microwave). The wifi was not the strongest and would cut out at times. "The best thing about Dennis' place is the fabulous waterfront location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sea lions, gulls and even whales one day. The condo itself is very comfortable with great beds and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our month at Inn of the Sea."

"Ryan's home is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. It is close to the main street in Ladysmith and a short walk to Transfer Beach. Ryan is always quick to respond to any messages."

"Though it was too early in the season for us to use the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids explored the shore for shells and had a great time in the playground. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved waking up to the ocean view - seeing seals and other wildlife. Overall, it was a very pleasurable stay and we would definitely come again!"

Greg immediately answered any questions we may have had and contacted us several times to make sure things were going well. He also suggested several interesting local sites and Pubs. "We had an excellent stay at Westy! The condo was clean, well-appointed, with stunning ocean views and the perfect adventure playground right outside the door! We spent hours exploring the beaches, swimming in the beautiful pool and enjoying the local wildlife including some close Bald Eagle sightings!
