"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, ideal für mehr Personen. Die Gastgeber standen uns stets zur Verfügung und halfen uns bei Bedarf.Die Lage ist günstig, wenn man dem Trubel entkommen möchte und trotzdem zentral, um verschiedene Auspflugsziele zu erreichen. "We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A...

"The apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable 6-night stay. It was easy walking distance to the obermarkt and untermarkt and there were many shopping and dining options close by. We would absolutely stay here again! "
