"Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Great place! Lots of space, very clean, nice views on top 2 levels. DO NOT attempt to take a boat trailer down to this house, leave it at the marina. There are zero turnarounds. Parking at the house for 3 vehicles, but all require tight T turns."

"Was a good space for two families to come together for some hangout time. The pool is very nearby, and we used that a lot (wasn't very crowded, which was nice). We also enjoyed using the screened in porch in the evenings. A little more seating for meals would be nice, but it was as advertised, so no real complaint there."

"The area was beautiful and the home fit all our needs. The lake was clean and quick access to Caney River. The only downfall was the driveway. It was very steep which made parking tricky but we figured it out. Overall, lovely place if you want to get away!"

"Enjoyed the deck and the gorgeous view! Home was clean with comfortable beds. Driveway is extremely narrow making pulling a boat or trailer difficult. We enjoyed the home so much . Management contacted us to ensure that we were comfortable which was appreciated. "

"The house was plenty big for 12 people, ages 11-70. It is an older home with some spaces being updated (upstairs bathroom is amazing), but kitchen could use some updating. However, the kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare several dinners for the family. The outside front porch was plenty big and we enjoyed our view of Center Hill Lake while grilling and playing games. We would definitely recommend to friends!"

"Wonderful place to stay.. the three headed shower is overwhelming in a good way! Only complaint is that there was literally no food items in the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no left over remnants of any kind like cooking oil or spices. So come prepared, because we were not."

"Great property! The house is absolutely stunning and the layout was perfect for our family to unwind and enjoy the lake. Wish it was just a bit closer to the marina but 15-20 minutes is not that big of a deal. The house made it well worth the short drive. It was an excellent neighborhood which made it great for a morning walk with our dog. While we never used the clubhouse and pool because we prefer the lake, it did look great when we checked it out. "The check in was extremely easy and host's communication was great. Very clean and comfy all around. I read previous reviews and the trail down to the lake is a hike but what we expected for experienced hikers like us. The location also was not a problem. We plan for everything. All the hiking spots are 15 to 45 minutes away but for sceultions it was great. Cookeville is not but 20 minutes away.
