I never got a name or phone number; all communication was by chat messages - most of which were not very customer-friendly or helpful."

"We had plenty of beds to accommodate all 9 of us in the house. They provided everything we needed from dishwasher and laundry detergent to towels. The property manager was extremely responsive. Could not have asked for a better host!! "
