"I booked this property through Expedia and, while the listing appeared promising, my experience quickly went downhill. Communication was poor from the start, as I had to chase for basic details about accessing the property. The listing stated that parking was available, but on arrival I was informed this was incorrect. Although the advertisement was updated shortly afterward, I have a screenshot showing what was originally advertised. I was also told my booking was actually processed through...

"The flat was small but clean and well-converted. The rooms are a decent size and the sitting room/kitchen fine for a small flat. Nice to have a Nespresso machine on the kitchen. The entry system worked well for four people coming in and out at different times, and there were good dog-walking areas nearby. "

"Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place "

"It was necessary to stay in the area because of personal commitments. I had not realized that the property was on such a busy main road. It was therefore difficult to sleep because of the noise but being in August there was no.option but to leave the window open. Fortunately I completely my work earlier and therefore cut my stay short by 3 days."
