The Space:

The guest wing features three private bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. There’s also a cozy sitting room with a Murphy bed and a compact kitchenette, complete with a fridge, sink, and electric cooktop. One of the bathrooms includes a soaking tub framed by glass walls, offering a quiet, leafy view, ideal for winding down after a day outdoors.
Guest Access:

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
House control: The home is powered by the Control4 smart system. An iPhone will be available on-site so you can easily manage the lights, temperature, and other features during your stay.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Pets: Cats are not allowed on the property. Dogs are allowed on the property. The following charges will apply: $150 plus tax for the first pet and $50 plus tax for each additional pet.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
