"John and Dianna are great hosts! They left a sweet happy birthday message for me and also had lots of snacks for the humans - as well as our dogs! The cabin was a perfect location for bike riding at The Highlands. We especially loved ALL the clothing hooks. So convenient. The fireplace was very nice, too, after a day out in the rain. We'll be back!"

"WOW! We try and come to Charlevoix in early summer every year to see friends who own a shop in town before their season gets crazy. We have stayed in Earl Young properties each time but this cottage is AMAZING! So well stocked and perfect location. Plus just all around lovely. We would highly recommend and will be back. Our only regret was that our schedules didn’t allow a longer stay."

"Our little family of three (my partner, myself, and our 2.5 year old child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used a pack-and-play upstairs and our child slept beautifully. We appreciated the many amenities and, honestly, you won't find a better location than this. Walk down the hill and you're at a playground and the beach. Or walk 5 minutes and you're in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Note for the really tall people out there: the ceilings are lower than average, so if you're over 6' 2"...

"Loved the cabin. My wife and I and our two grandsons enjoyed our time together in the cabin. We used it while visiting family near by and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Everything we needed was provided by our hosts. The cabin is on a peaceful and quiet lot and offers plenty of things to do like a wood burning fire pit, gas grill and gas fire pit on the front porch. I highly recommend staying if you are looking for that cabin experience."

Drove by x 2 looking for crossroad; property drive RIGHT OFF (two line) highway. Much traffic noise, daytime. Good restaurant across street. Group of cabins on pretty inland lake. One property building is ‘fish cleaning house’, so must be good fishing, here. 🐟"

"It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again."

"The home is stunning. I've rented dozens of homes and the kitchen and bathrooms here were stocked better than any I've rented. The attention to detail was evident. Margaret checked on us as soon as we arrived to make sure we got in ok and had everything we needed. The entire property is beautiful and peaceful. We loved making pizza in the outdoor oven. It was a great week spent with close friends."

"This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway with two other families with young kids. The house had even more beds than advertised and the layout of the house was great for adults and kids to have their own space. Tons of kids toys and games stocked which was an unexpected perk! Only con I can think of is there is a picture of a keurig so we brought our kcups but it turns out there is only a regular coffee pot. Not a biggie cause it’s only 10 minutes from meijer."
