"For the age of hotel, it was clean. A/C is very old style and makes it very hard to control room comfort. Morning breakfast on 1 to 10 scale would be a (6) Just would be so much nicer if total update or a new hotel nr Casio like many other locations. "

"Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well."

"We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups."

"HORRIBLE ROOM, TERRIBLE!!!!
NEVER will stay again at days in. Horrible. Unacceptable. I hope a health department will show up for an inspection of your rooms. They will close you down instantly
Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it. How can you offer that to your customers. MOLD smell and inhalation affects someone’s Health. I have asthma and respiratory issues.
