"Friendly welcom upon arrival, all information was given in a clear way. In the lobby, on the stairs, in our room as in the shower there was an unsavory smell though. The limited breakfast was very limited in supply. The brown bread was almost finished when we arrived with no staf ask more. Nevertheless, the receptionist told us there were few guests staying in the hotel. There is a lovely pub accross the street though. "

"I've stayed there before. You can't beat the price and convenience. One block off the grande place and lots of great restaurants on the street down to the grande place, underground parking, breakfast. It's perfect."

"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in. That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. We came back to him and he said that the hostel was full and that he couldn't do anything (??). We insisted already that this problem would...

"Very conveniently located with good view of Bouillon from above. You can always find parking along the streets. Breakfast included and adequate. Well maintained and clean facilities. "

"Accommodation was fine, on arrival the guy who was on reception seemed unwilling to give any information, we (4) were on motorcycles, very obviously, however, despite there being a garage available he didnt mention it. another guest told us there’s was a garage, so we had to get the info off him, same situation with the control unit for the windows/blinds. By contrast, the young lady on reception the following morning couldn’t have been more helpful."
