"Good stay and great location near the millennium bridge and the Sage building. Friendly staff and nice bar, only thing is lots of stag and hen parties, but to be fair don’t really hear them. Good location, parking is limited and the sage car park is expensive. "

"Only stayed 1 night but the room was comfortable and ideally suited opposite the train station. There was a queue when I arrived at check-in but I just went back later. Lots of nice pubs nearby for food and an easy walk to the main shopping area."

"Excellent service, quick and speedy check in. Staff friendly and chatty. Well located - less than 5 min walk from the station and less than 10 to St James’ Park. Lots of food options nearby. Quayside walk was lovely and easy to get to. Little bit of noise at night from street below, but beds were so comfy we were out like a light! The tap made a strange noise when running the hot water but nothing that dampened the stay. Would happily come back! "
