Unfortunately after a 4 to 5 hour drive to get there it took a further 4 hours to finally get the code for the key box to allow entry to the property. The property manager/owner refused to answer the three emails I sent him & never answered his phone to the phone calls I repeatedly made. We will not be using this company again if we can help it."

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"Fake and fraud stay. The property owner not reachable and nor he sends any check-in details. Sends web links for online payment and online check-in and then never sends the check-in details, stealing both money and personal data. Irony is the stay is still listed on hotels.com even after notifying about this fraud."
