"Stephen was very responsive to anything we asked, everything worked as expected, obviously there have been some updates to the place since the last review.Nice quiet location, plenty of space for all 11 of us, lots of parking space for cars and our RV.Boca Ciega Millennium Park is a 3 minute walk away.We were able to ride our bikes to the beach."

"Place was great for regular people. Don’t let the bad reviews from diamond necklace Karen’s steer you away. Older hotel but clean for a place to lay your head. Outside seating with good view for restaurant. Bartender at jimmy g’s Aaron was awesome. They have resort fees but you get 2 free passes to the water park. They got a pool bar right on the water. Can walk right to the beach and good seafood places nearby. We will be back. "

"We had a very nice 6 night stay. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals, and the fenced yard was perfect for our pup. The back screened in lanai was perfect for evening relaxation and with the provided corn hole set-up, the family had some fun times. Communication was great and we had no issues at all. "

"My third stay here. Alway pleasant, the rooms have always been clean and beautifully decorated. Love the Salt Rock Grill next door. Also love being close to the ocean and the inlet. Centered between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Quiet, relaxing, perfect for us."

"This home sits on the edge of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and our eighteen family members slept beautifully on the high quality mattresses/linens. The views from the back of the house and the rooftop patio are spectacular! We enjoyed watching two pods of dolphins frolicking in front of the dock every morning and evening. The common areas comfortably seated our very large group and we could gather all together. There are televisions in every room and ample places for those who need a quiet space. There is a pool table adjacent to the dining area that was a favorite spot for our group to entertain themselves throughout the day. The garage is a perfect game room, with a couch, TV, ping pong table, electric darts and board games. The weather was too cold and windy for us to use the pool/spa, but they are both large and would be wonderful options for a group. There are two things I think are important to note if you are a large group: the home has only single kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) and the dinnerware/ silverware are enough for only one sitting. A second refrigerator and more dinnerware would improve what is already a very comfortable, beautifully-located property. "
