"Village Inn Springfield provided a solid, reliable experience for a quick stopover. The check-in process was fast, simple, and hassle-free. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of décor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained everything required for a comfortable one-night stay. When it was time to leave, check-out was just as seamless as arrival. Overall, Village Inn Springfield delivers friendly service and great convenience for travelers needing a quick, stress-free stay."

"Hotel was mostly great (quiet, clean, comfortable, super convenient for Matthew knight arena), except: Long black hairs on the pillows, eww. NO HOT TUB!!!!!!!!! Hugely disappointed to discover there way no hot tub as advertised, thats why i booked this hotel. There is a sauna in each restroom near the pool, Im not into saunas so I didn't try it. All i wanted after the concert was a soak in a hot tub (pool area is open til midnight, which would have been nice if the hot tub existed)"
