Historic listed villa and luxuriously furnished for our guests looking for a getaway in Hertfordshire. Close to London via M25 and trains to Central London is within 30 mins.

The 4 bedroom house has everything you need. Two living rooms, one large dining room, large fully equipped Kitchen and gardens in the front and back of the house. There is a outdoor Hot-Tub, children's play equipment, bbq grill and outdoor furniture.

Your perfect place to relax and holiday with friends or family.

Weekend stay

This property is very tired, some windows have no curtains. On-suite bathroom has no toilet, nice kitchen plenty of crockery and cutlery. No hand towel or dishcloth. Down stairs toilet very damp wall. Bed clean and comfortable. A couple of very loose taps that rotate when opening and closing. Needs lots of TLC

Hot tub was out of service, with no warning. Kitchen sink was leaking, causing the floor to be constantly wet. Dirty kitchen with minimal cooking utensils. Broken shower.
