Temperature never dropped inside the units. The listing is false and fraudulent as it advertises air conditioning, this listing should be removed from the platform, much more so when Europe experienced a heat wave this summer."

"Very helpful reception, check- in and check out was really quick. Rooms very relaxing and great air conditioning. Surface car park and underground one too which fitted our VW T5 van. Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine and some English breakfast tea at breakfast would have been great. Breakfast is excellent with continental and cooked included ( you can have both). Overall great stopover for us en route to the South."

"This hotel is a gem. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. Easy access to Plaza Mayor, shops, lots of little bars. Room was well furnished and also very quiet, even though we were close to a bar at street level and our room was on the first floor. Bathroom was excellent. Room was well cleaned once (as we requested). Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it looked very good. Would stay again for sure!"
