The room we had was smaller than I thought it would be & the bathroom is not very private - so if that bothers you maybe this isnt the place for you. The free shuttle into town was so handy, and you can communicate with reception via whatsapp which really helped us out while being in a new country. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. Most of all the staff were absolutely brilliant, fabulous personalised service and especially Musgi who really made the experience incredibly special. Looking forward to visiting again!"
