On the gallery on the second floor you can enjoy a unique view over the area through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. The cottage has a modern, very well equipped fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations. There are two separate bedrooms. The shower room with daylight completes your successful vacation.

The sun terrace invites you to linger and relax. High-quality garden furniture is available here for you. Whether on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings or on the open gallery: relaxation is guaranteed here.

Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. The house has a charging station for e-cars as well as two bicycles and two children's bikes. In addition, a stair guard can be used on the upper floor.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
